Step 1 - Attend the "Why NEXA Mortgage, LLC"
Explore your options if you are:
- A Loan Officer looking to increase commissions to 2.75% and offer both residential and commercial loans.
- Planning to become a licensed Loan Officer within the next 6 months.
- Interested in recruiting Loan Officers for lifetime residual income.

Step 2 – NEXA University Introduction
If you're newly licensed or have closed fewer than 12 deals in the past year, attend this session to learn how NEXA will support your success from day one.

Before registering for the 20-hour licensing course, you must complete your MU-4 application on the NMLS website.

Once ready, register for the required 20-hour online licensing course:
