Process:
- Complete the Gautier Commercial Loan Intake Form online.
- Even if you don't have all the years of experience and financial records, we will make an extraordinary effort to find you a loan, if possible.
Borrower ID Information:
- ID confirming the full name, current address, and DOB, even if the borrower will use an entity for the purchase.
- SSN, ITIN, or EIN- upon request for Credit Report – (Upfront Fee for an initial Soft Pull - no impact on your credit)
- Initial Loan Disclosures (issued by Eliud Gautier)
- Borrowers’ Authorization (issued by Eliud Gautier)
- Consulting Fee Agreement (CFA Form)
Borrower Personal Income and Financial Information:
- 3 Years of Personal Taxes provided electronically
- Could be done with fewer years, but consult with Eliud Gautier
- Personal Financial Statement (PFS Form)
- Debt Schedule (DS Form)
- Bank Statements – Proof of Funds
- 20% plus Closing Costs
- Appraisal, Market Study, and Environmentals
Current Business Entity:
- 3 Years of Business Taxes provided electronically
- Could be done with fewer years, but consult with Eliud Gautier
- Profit &Loss & Balance Sheet
- If required, YTD Profit & Loss Statement
Real Estate Owned Information:
- Real Estate Ownership (SRO Form)
Identity of the Business Entity:
- Business Registry - Initial Entity Registry (LLC, S-Corp, etc.)
- Certificate of Good Standing (renewal of entity with the state)
- EIN from IRS
- Management or Operating Agreement with the percentage of ownership
- Relevant Insurance, if required by the lender
Documents and Disclosures:
- Resume of Borrower
- Experience with the current or future business venture
- NEXA and Lender Disclosures
